Premium is a subscription. The app shows you the plans and the price for your country after setup, before you pay, and the App Store or Google Play confirms it in your local currency. Prices differ from country to country and can change over time.

If a free trial is offered to you, the app shows how long it lasts before you start it. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you pay nothing.

Your first reflection during onboarding, reading your past entries, exporting your journal, deleting your account and changing your settings are always free. New AI reflections, chat replies, voice messages and summaries for new entries need Premium.

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.

Sign in to Reflectize with the same account as before, and check that the phone uses the Apple ID or Google account that paid. Then tap Restore purchases in Settings or on the subscription screen.

Apple and Google handle every payment, so refunds go through them. Read our terms of use.

In the app, open Settings and tap Export my journal. Pick a readable file (.md) that opens in any notes app, or a data file (.json) for moving to another app. Exporting is always free.

After you give permission, your entries are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to write replies and summaries. Short summaries of your days also go to Voyage AI, so Reflectize can find related days. If you send a voice message, ElevenLabs turns the recording into text first, and we do not keep the recording. We do not show ads and we do not sell your data. Read our privacy policy.

Yes. In the chat, tap the mic to record a voice message. Reflectize turns it into text, and you can read and change the text before you send it. We do not keep the recording. You can also tap the mic on your phone's keyboard to dictate. Voice messages are for people 18 and over and, after your first reflection, need Premium.

Yes. Reflectize also works in a web browser on your computer. Sign in with the account you use on your phone and you will find the same journal. You cannot buy or change a subscription on the web: subscribe in the iPhone or Android app, and Premium works on the web too. Without a subscription, you can still read your past entries, export your journal and delete your account on the web. Open Reflectize in your browser.

The app works in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese and Korean. This website is in the same languages, but the privacy policy and terms are only in English and Turkish.

Press and hold the reply, then tap Report this reply. Pick a reason and add a note if you like. We get which reply it was, the reason and your note. If you also turn on Send this chat to the team, our team can read that reflection’s chat, your messages and Refy’s, up to the reply you reported, without photos, for 90 days. It is off unless you turn it on.

In the app, open Settings and tap Talk to the team. A person on our team reads your messages and replies there, usually within a day or two. Talk to the team does not use AI. We see the messages you send there, not your journal. If you do not have the app, email us at hello@reflectize.app. This is not for urgent help: if you are not safe right now, call your local emergency number.

Write to us in Talk to the team, in the app’s Settings, or email us at hello@reflectize.app. Tell us what happened, your phone model and the app version. You do not need to send any journal text.
